Our teams interact directly with our customers including students, faculty, administration, alumni, and the general public to provide outstanding customer service to sell or rent books, general merchandise, and an array of products and services for an academic community.
In the Trade Book department you may work in a Bookmaster or Non Bookmaster store to assist campus or campus and general community customers with locating academic or leisure materials for purchase. You will suggest complementary products and supplies; participate in promotions, book fairs, author, and faculty author events; shelf and restock product; and process cash and/or credit transactions for products that are in stock, special orders, refunds, or returns.
Trade Books is a high energy, fast paced, detail oriented department where your planning, promotion, customer service, listening, and problem solving skills will be exercised.
